Company history
Roland Cattin founded TIME in France in 1987, initially building its reputation with clipless pedals and later developing carbon bicycle frames. The bicycle business was acquired by Cardinal Cycling Group in 2021, separate from SRAM's purchase of TIME's pedal line; the current TIME Bicycles business is operated from Little Rock, Arkansas, while continuing to design and manufacture bikes in Europe.
