Former professional racer Mario Vicini began selling bicycles from his Cesena shop in 1942; the Vicini Mario e Figli company dates to 1952. The family business grew from hand-built racing bicycles into a wider manufacturer whose later ranges included road, mountain, fixed, and city models. The current brand site continues to present the Vicini name and product catalog.
