Company history
Randy Johnson founded Stoneridge Cycle in 1999 in Milton, Ontario, beginning with North American distribution of a front-mounted child carrier. The business expanded into bicycle and accessory distribution and licensed products for Canadian retailers. Kent International later acquired a majority share, while the companies said Stoneridge would continue operating independently. Its current site sells family and adult bicycles alongside other outdoor-recreation products.
