STELLATO's official history says its Japanese sports-bicycle brand formally launched in July 2018 after development work beginning in 2014. It completed the hybrid-structure KAMUI gravel-road model in 2019 and has continued developing branded frames, wheels, and bicycle components. The brand's own overview identifies its base as Kyoto City.
