Company history
Spot’s modern bike story grew from the Lumpkin family’s experience building Avid bicycle components, which they founded in 1991. After acquiring Spot, the family turned the brand toward complete bicycles and developed innovations including the CenterTrack belt-drive system and Living Link suspension. Spot continues to design and build bikes in Golden, Colorado.
