Luiz Assis Brasil founded Spino in Porto Alegre in 2014 after training in chromoly framebuilding at the United Bicycle Institute. The atelier designs, brazes, paints, assembles, and tests made-to-measure gravel and all-terrain bicycles, pairing dynamic fit work with custom racks, stems, and handlebars.
