Sinclair Zike was a lightweight British electric bicycle developed by Clive Sinclair and marketed by Sinclair Research in the early 1990s.
Company history
Sinclair Research launched the Zike at London's Cyclex exhibition in March 1992 and subcontracted production to Birmingham-based Tudor Webasto. The 11-kilogram electric bicycle sold about 2,000 units before its production arrangement ended in 1993.
