Mechanical engineer Sergio Rodrigues launched Silver Cat Cycles in 2018 after training in bicycle-frame design and construction at the United Bicycle Institute. From his Porto Feliz workshop, he designs and builds bespoke bicycles and steel frames for individual riders.
