Saracen Cycles

British mountain bikes with a long racing and downhill heritage.
Saracen is a British mountain-bike brand that began in 1983 and helped establish early UK mountain biking.
Company history
Saracen started in 1983 and built one of Britain's early mountain bikes. Its bikes gained a following through the 1990s, when downhill racing and riders such as Rob Warner and Steve Peat became central to the brand's identity. Madison acquired Saracen in 2009 and developed it into a modern trail, enduro, and downhill range; the company now sells directly to UK riders and continues to support its current bike line.
