Company history
Groupe Procycle began bicycle production in 1971 and built a manufacturing base in Saint-Georges, Québec. In 1997 it acquired the assets of Rocky Mountain Bicycle Co., expanding into premium mountain bikes. A 2005 Canadian government industry report lists CCM, Miele, and Rocky Mountain among the brands it marketed, alongside private-label production.
