Patria is a German bicycle marque producing made-to-measure steel touring, city, and electric bikes, with its own frame building and in-house finishing.
Company history
The Patria name originated in Solingen in 1898 as Patria-WKC. In the 1970s, the Kleinebenne family, whose bicycle-frame business began in Bielefeld in 1950, acquired the marque and revived it as a specialist German bicycle manufacturer. Today the family-run manufactory near Bielefeld continues to design, build, paint, and assemble steel frames in-house, with custom fit and ergonomics central to its work.
