Maverick

Pioneering mountain-bike suspension and Monolink designs.
Maverick was an American mountain-bike brand known for its unconventional full-suspension frames and Monolink suspension design.
Company history
RockShox co-founder Paul Turner and Frank Vogel founded Maverick in 1999 to develop innovative suspension bikes and components. Its Monolink platform and models such as the ML7 and Matic earned a following among mountain-bike enthusiasts. After a 2008 ownership change and a move from Boulder to Golden, Colorado, the company ceased operations at the start of 2012; Maverick-branded suspension service continues separately in Golden.
