Liotto's story began in Vicenza in 1922, when Luigi Liotto opened a bicycle-repair workshop. His son Gino built the family's first racing frame as a teenager and gradually developed the workshop into a bicycle-making business serving local racing teams. The family kept production artisanal rather than industrializing, and the company now designs and hand-builds custom frames and bicycles in Italy under the Cicli Liotto Gino & Figli name.
