Company history
Emilio Bozzi became sole owner of the Milan cycle business in 1908, producing complete bicycles and selling marques including Aurora and Slippery from Corso Genova 9. After acquiring the Wolsit works and related trademarks, the company adopted the Legnano identity around 1923 and continued under the Bozzi family.
