Dyno

Dyno logo

Dyno is an American BMX and freestyle bicycle marque founded by rider and designer Bob Morales and later developed under GT Bicycles.

Company history

Bob Morales founded Dyno Design in Southern California in 1982, initially selling BMX apparel, number plates, and accessories. GT Bicycles acquired Dyno in 1985 and retained Morales to design frames, components, and the brand's bicycle programme. Dyno became known for freestyle and cruiser models such as the Compe, VFR, Detour, and Slammer, and the name later passed with GT through successive corporate owners.
