Black Mountain Cycles
An independent Point Reyes Station bicycle shop and frame brand focused on versatile mixed-terrain adventure bikes.
Company history
Mike Varley established Black Mountain Cycles in Point Reyes Station in 2007 after working in bicycle product development. Drawing on earlier design work for Haro and Masi, he developed the shop’s own line of adventure-bike frames for paved, dirt and gravel roads; the business remains based in Point Reyes Station, California.
