Barracuda Bicycle Company was a Durango mountain-bike marque producing performance hardtail and racing bicycles in the 1990s.
Company history
Dave Southwell and Jon Wege registered Barracuda Bicycle Company in Durango in 1992. Early prototypes came from Tom Teesdale, premium production involved Yeti builders, and later frames were made by A-Pro in Taiwan. Ross acquired the company in 1995 and Barracuda models disappeared by 1999.
